‍Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Policy: 100% refund, minus any processing fees, within 24 hours of registration. 50% refund, minus any processing fees, by 03/30/25. 25% refund, minus any processing fees, by 7/30/25. Cancellations after 7/30/2025 will not be eligible for refunds, but you can transfer your ticket to someone else until 8/15/25. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to PediatricDentalGrowthSummit@gmail.com.

In the unlikely scenario that the meeting needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, full registration credit towards a future event will be provided. As an attendee, you are responsible for the financial obligations associated with your airfare and hotel rooms, including any charges incurred from cancelling hotel and/or airfare.
